Cabal or "Pony Cabal" is the site administrator of Rainbowdash.net. Not much is known about him other what he does on the site, and from a recording with an interview from the diamond dogs podcast.

Cabal's origins is unknown, but one day on April 4th, 2011 he created rainbowdash.net (RBDN), then split the site three weeks later for roleplaying ponies rp.rainbowdash.net (RP-RBDN). He occasionally posts some wisdom regarding the net, and does post to ponychan.net on occasion.
