My Little Pony: Equestria Girls and Sofia The First – The Race to Equestria is the final fanmade film in the My Little Pony: Equestria Girls and Sofia The First film series as a joint venture between the Equestria Girls franchise and the Disney Junior TV series Sofia The First. It is the sequel to Crystal Prep High Rocks, The Journey Continues, Princess Clio the Magnificent and New Witch on the Block. The film primarily focuses on a young college student conquering Equestria after the death of Princess Twilight Sparkle from an evil mercenary.
Synopsis[]
Jacob Wilde, a young college student at the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus, explores the friendship alicorn's funeral in Equestria. Eventually, he realizes that the death of Princess Twilight Sparkle is a murder rather than suicide. Jacob sets out on an epic adventure to bring Equestria back to its former glory.

Prologue (The Death of Princess Twilight Sparkle)[]

The film opens on a rainy evening on 25th November 2020, 7:00 PM where Princess Twilight Sparkle lies down unconscious on the bed at the Ponyville Hospital. She is fatally killed and her heart is sliced into half, resulting in red blood flowing out of her body. A heartbroken Princess Cadance standing next to the bed begs at Twilight not to die as it may result in being forgotten, but failed to do so. Consequently, Princess Twilight Sparkle is dead. After Twilight is buried at Ponyville's cemetary the next morning, the residences of both Canterlot and Ponyville gathered at the Canterlot Castle until Spike makes an announcement. Once the door to Canterlot Castle bursts open, strong gusts of wind blows into the castle and the sinister Canadian alicorn Holly Westlake invades. After she announces the death of Princess Twilight Sparkle as a terrible tragedy, she forces every creature around Equestria to kneel before her. She will also throw anypony to prison if none of them kneel before her. Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity attempted to escape from Westlake due to their refusal to kneel before her, but the guards arrested them, resulting in Westlake throwing the Mane 5 to prison. And from the distance, Starlight Glimmer is terrified to watch the Mane 5 going to jail, so she moved back to the human world by herself.
A Letter From Star Swirl the Bearded[]
Fade to the city of Akron, Ohio in the human world on 1st January 2022, 10-year old Jacob Wilde, son of David Wilde and Anna Louise, came downstairs for breakfast. Given the fact that he's 3rd out of 5 children in the Wilde-Louise family, Orange Burst is the first, Berry Burst is the second, Patrick John (PJ) is the 4th and Coral Glow is the youngest. The 5 siblings went to John R Buchtel High School located north of their house. During recess, Jacob went to the field behind the school to break out some sweat until a beam of light from the sky flashes at him, much to his shock. He rushed to the middle of the field, only to find a letter on the ground, so he reach down and pick it up. It's a letter from Star Swirl the Bearded and he tells Jacob the story of Equestria, Princess Twilight Sparkle and how she dies. Given the fact that the 6 Elements of Harmony such as Generosity, Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Loyalty and Magic has been swapped out with the Elements of Disharmony such as Betrayal, Cruelty, Deceit, Dark Magic, Greed and Misery, Jacob was shocked at what the letter told him. Star Swirl advises Jacob to remain strong, keep his head up high and he promises that everything will get better. Jacob never heard the location Equestria before, so he returned to the classroom afterwards once recess ends.
Anna and David's Concerns About Westlake[]
Back at home, David and Anna are shocked when Jacob got a letter from Star Swirl the Bearded, much to Orange Burst's curiosity. Given the fact that Westlake is Anna's old member, Jacob did not realize that at all. Anna and David tells their children a story about Princess Twilight Sparkle and Equestria until Anna gave Coral Glow a DVD of My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic Season 1, much to PJ's shock. Eventually, the Wilde children are sleeping all night as usual until 3:30 AM as a beam of light shines at Jacob and Star Swirl the Bearded appeared, much to his confusion. Orange, Berry, PJ and Coral also went to Jacob's room to listen to Star Swirl's story too. He mentioned that Princess Twilight is murdered by Westlake and she has been buried at Ponyville's cemetary. In addition, the 5 ponies such as Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity are imprisoned underground with their hooves tied and their mouths shut, much to Coral Glow's shock. Jacob accepts the mission to bring Princess Twilight Sparkle back to life, defeat Holly Westlake and bring back the 6 Elements of Harmony such as Generosity, Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Loyalty and Magic, much to their agreement. And thus, Orange Burst, Berry Burst, Jacob, PJ and Coral Glow ran off from home at 4:00 AM afterwards without being spotted by their parents the next morning.
Jacob and Lemon Zest Doing Research About Equestria[]
Fade to 20 years later, the Mane 10 (Applejack, Fluttershy, Gordon Robinson, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Sebastian Robinson, Starlight Glimmer, Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle), all now turned 20, now studies in the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus in the College of Science and Mathematics. Jacob himself however, enters the School for Global Inclusion and Social Development. It began to rain outside the campus once class ends until from the distance, Jacob bumps into Lemon Zest at the flight of stairs. As the duo introduce themselves, she questions Jacob that he's from around here, but no. He states that he's doing research on history of Equestria. Given the fact that Star Swirl the Bearded gave him a letter about Princess Twilight Sparkle's death, the duo went to the library to do some research about Princess Twilight, much to Lemon Zest's confusion as she did not notice that Twilight has a twin sister from Equestria. It is deemed that Westlake invades Equestria after Princess Twilight died, resulting in Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity to end up going to prison themselves, much to Lemon Zest's shock as that tragedy reminds her in the film Elena and the Secret of Avalor involving sinister Shuriki doing the same thing. Much to Jacob's determination, he's willing to enter Equestria, bring Princess Twilight back to life again, defeat Westlake and restore the Magic of Friendship as told by Star Swirl.
Jacob Enters Equestria (Meeting Princess Cadance/Entering the Crystal Empire)[]
The next day, Jacob decided to enter Equestria by himself, so he decided to do this at his own risk. Once he got to the statue ahead of Canterlot High School (CHS), he enters the portal himself. Although Jacob manages to enter the portal to Equestria, he only ended up entering the Crystal Empire (the same spot where Sunset Shimmer stole Princess Twilight's crown in the first Equestria Girls film) rather than the Castle of Friendship in Ponyville. Upon turning himself into a unicorn, Jacob's eyes began to get blurry until his eyes are clear again, only to find Princess Cadance witnessing the impact. He remains a human being even after he enters Equestria, so he walks on two legs, leaving a curious Cadance. Before he proceed to Princess Twilight's funeral, Jacob was curious as he realizes Princess Mi Amore Cadenza or Cadance, Princess Twilight's big sister-in-law, so the duo introduce themselves. Given the fact that Jacob is not from Equestria, he shows Cadance the letter that Star Swirl gave him 20 years ago during his high school days. Cadance is curious that Star Swirl gave Jacob the letter, so the duo proceeds to Princess Twilight's funeral in Ponyville.

Princess Twilight's Funeral, Shining Armor Arrives[]

Once Cadance and Jacob left the Crystal Castle, the duo finds a nicely kept 1986 Mercedes-Benz 300E with a 5-speed manual transmission. Given the fact that the stick shift W124 Mercedes is Princess Twilight's old car, Jacob decides to drive that car with Cadance sitting next to him. As the duo arrives at Princess Twilight's funeral in northern Ponyville afterwards, Jacob sits away from the funeral and Cadance begins her story about Twilight. She explains that Princess Twilight is born on 11th January 1998 in Canterlot to both Twilight Velvet and Night Light, her parents. Fade to 22 years later, Cadance tells Jacob that Westlake manages to kill Twilight upon her arrival to Canterlot Castle. Much to Jacob's curiosity about Westlake, he tells Cadance that Westlake is his mother's member by showing her the picture of his mother and Westlake, much to Cadance's disbelief. Once her husband Shining Armor arrives at the funeral followed by her daughter Flurry Heart, Cadance introduces Jacob to Shining Armor, her husband and the 4 ponies sat ahead of the funeral. Shining deems Jacob that Westlake kidnaps Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity, much to his shock. He shows Shining and Flurry the letter that Star Swirl gave him, much to Shining Armor's shocking reaction and questions Jacob that he knows Star Swirl, so he answered yes.
Jacob Meets Sunburst[]
Once Jacob returns to the Crystal Empire, he seeks advice from Sunburst, Starlight Glimmer's husband and Sunset Shimmer's little brother, whether he can defeat Westlake or not. Sunburst says that he cannot defeat Westlake, much to his disappointment. Given the fact that Starlight and Sunset hasn't returned to Equestria for years, Sunburst decided to warn his wife and his big sister about the terrible jeopardy in Equestria, so Jacob decided to plan a roadtrip for Sunburst into the human world.
Sunburst Enters The Human World[]
As the duo got out of the portal in the human world, Jacob successfully turned back into his human form again, but not for Sunburst. Given the fact that human beings do not have tails or a horn on its head like a unicorn, Sunburst screamed in horror, similar to Princess Twilight turning into a human being in the first Equestria Girls film. As a result, this is a big challenge for Sunburst: he has to walk on 2 legs rather than 4. Only to find Canterlot High School (CHS) ahead of their eyes, Jacob mentions Sunburst that Starlight and Sunset studies in that school for years with Sci-Twi, much to his disbelief that Princess Twilight had a twin sister in the human world, so they conquer together.

Sunburst's Human Form
As Jacob and Sunburst attempts to depart for their roadtrip, the two boys went to the parking lot behind CHS, only to find out that his Dodge Dart is stolen, leaving the parking lot empty except for a designo Mocha Black Metallic 2012 Mercedes-Benz S600 (W221) as the only car sitting at the CHS parking lot. Sunburst gets behind the wheel with Jacob next to him, so they wear their seatbelts since no one is using the car at all.
Princess Amber, Lemon Zest and Princess Sofia Joins the Trip[]
On the way to find Starlight Glimmer about Equestria's jeopardy, Jacob and Sunburst pulled over to Mr. Hero Restaurant in Cleveland, Ohio for lunch. Jacob takes a seat near the window until he witnessed someone slapping his cheeks very hard, only to find Lemon Zest ahead of him followed by Princess Sofia and Princess Amber with her. Jacob mentions that he enters Equestria by himself and visited Princess Twilight's funeral in Ponyville as Amber questions him, much to her shock. Sunburst sat down next to Jacob, only to find Sofia, Amber and Lemon Zest ahead of him, much to his shock. He mentioned that Jacob entered Equestria in the first place and visited the funeral, much to Sofia's shocking reaction as she questions Sunburst. After lunch, Sofia, Amber and Lemon Zest joins the trip afterwards.
Night Driving Chaos, Smashing Into the Barn[]

As nighttime falls, Jacob gets behind the wheel while Sunburst sleeps next to him together with Sofia, Amber and Lemon Zest sleeping in the rear seats. He gets distracted behind the wheel due to staring at his phone as the W221 Mercedes swerves many cars coming from the opposite direction. He sings the song This Day Aria until the W221 Mercedes lost control as Jacob unintentionally goes downhill and he plunges the W221 straight into a barn. Amber, Lemon Zest, Sofia and Sunburst are awake after the W221 Mercedes plunges into the barn, resulting in the whole gang sleeping for the night.
Escaping The Barn (Car Chase)[]

As the sun rose the next morning, Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia and Sunburst pulls the W221 Mercedes down after leaving the car dangling in the barn all night. Although the S600 lands on stacks of hay, it still runs perfectly fine and manages to move out of the barn as Amber gets behind the wheel. All of a sudden, two men driving in a Jeep Wrangler with one standing on the passenger's seat angers them for invading private property, much to their fear, causing the 5 of them to escape by flooring the car through the field of corn. The man standing on the passenger's seat shot the S600 by the rear glass, resulting in Jacob, Lemon Zest and Sofia to bend their heads down and scream in terror as the glass shatters into pieces. Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia and Sunburst quickly snatches tons of corncobs into the car while Amber speeds through the corncob field. Although they managed to escape from the hunters, the Wrangler has been rammed by a truck at the cross junction, resulting in a massive explosion, much to their relief. Then they proceed to find Starlight Glimmer afterwards.

Taking A Tour of New York[]
It's comic-con, you idiot! We're going to the Javits Center!
On the way to Sugarcoat's house, Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia and Sunburst took a tour of New York City, much to their delight. Eventually, Jacob sticks his head out the open window and waves to the people standing by the sidewalk, including children, but Sunburst warned him not to do so as it's too dangerous and may fall off the vehicle. Once they approach the junction, Amber slammed the brake pedal, almost hitting a trio of men wearing Star Wars costumes crossing the road. Noticing that the 3 men are off to comic-con, Sunburst allows them to proceed. Afterwards, they proceed to Sugarcoat's house.

Later that evening, once Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia and Sunburst arrives at Sugarcoat's house in Staten Island, New York afterwards, Sunburst parks his S600 on the driveway, only to find 3 cars: her Mercedes-Benz GLA250 4Matic SUV, a white Mercedes-Benz A220 4Matic AMG Line Sedan and a Chevrolet Suburban High Country 4x4 (8-seater version) ahead of him. They went to the front door and rang the doorbell. The door opens, only to find Sugarcoat at the front door. She allows them to enter the house afterwards.

Later that night, at Sugarcoat's house, Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia and Sunburst are having a sleepover party together until Sugarcoat buys 3 boxes of pizzas in her hands, much to their joy as they share together. At 1:00 AM, everybody is sleeping in the bedroom together except for Sunburst suffering trouble sleeping too early. He tiptoed out of bed and went to the kitchen without waking everybody up. He sat lonely in the dining room looking at Starlight Glimmer's Facebook page until he's interrupted by a young girl with purple and lime green hair who happens to be Katherine Jane Anna Grapes or Sour Grapes, a full-time restaurant worker. Sunburst started to freak out and think that Sour Grapes is a ghost, but there are no ghosts in the house as the duo introduce themselves. Much to Sour Grapes' concerns about Starlight Glimmer, Sunburst begins to make a talk all night, similar to Amber and Potion Nova having a video chat with Sofia in Crystal Prep High Rocks. Given the fact that Sour Grapes does not know Starlight at all, Sunburst tells Sour Grapes the disharmony that occurs back in Equestria, much to Sour Grapes' shock about it. He tells Sour Grapes that Westlake murdered Princess Twilight and mentioned that Westlake is a sinister alicorn from Toronto, Ontario, Canada once Sour Grapes questions him. Given the fact that there are no human beings in Equestria, Sour Grapes is willing to join the team as well, much to Sunburst's appreciation.

The Mane 5 Imprisoned, Westlake Drains Their Powers[]
The next morning, back in Canterlot, Equestria, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity are all crying in prison behind bars under the castle. Their hooves are tied, the wings for both Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash are all tied up and thus, their mouths are shut. They attempted to wiggle free, but failed to do so as Westlake tied them real tight. She drains all of the Mane 5's powers, including Rarity, resulting in destroying the 6 Elements of Harmony. Westlake leaves the prison afterwards, causing their eyes to get blurry after all their powers have been drained.
The 8 Fellas Doing Research (Sour Grapes, Sweet Grapes and Sugarcoat Joins)[]
Eventually, back at Sugarcoat's house in the human world, Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia, Sour Grapes, Sweet Grapes, Sugarcoat and Sunburst are making research about Princess Twilight's death until the Grapes are shocked at her death after being fatally killed, much to Sweet's dismay. Given the fact that Jacob and Lemon Zest has made that research back at the University of Massachusetts Boston Campus, Sunburst decided to revisit Starlight and Sunset by going to North Royalton, Ohio and sleep with the Mane 10 at their house, so Sugarcoat and the Grapes twins joined the team as well. But instead of reusing his old W221 Mercedes, Sour Grapes decided to use her 8-seater Chevrolet Suburban instead.
On the way to the Mane 10's house in North Royalton, Ohio, Sour Grapes, Sugarcoat and Sweet Grapes are happy to join the crew, much to Sunburst's relief. Given the fact that Sunburst hasn't seen Starlight and Sunset for almost 66 years, Sofia mentioned Sweet Grapes the terrible jeopardy and violence that happened in Equestria, much to her shock. Jacob agrees Sugarcoat's suggestion to bring Princess Twilight back to life upon her question. Then the whole crew ended up singing the song Say You Will by Foreigner together.

Sunburst, Sunset and Starlight's Reunion, Sunburst Meets Sci-Twi[]

Later that afternoon, Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia, Sour Grapes, Sweet Grapes, Sugarcoat and Sunburst arrived at the Mane 10's house, only to find out that the Mane 10 are not at home, despite the fact that there are too many cars on the driveway. Given the fact that the Mane 10 loves carpooling, Sunburst discovered Starlight's white Cadillac CT6-V Blackwing and his sister's Kia Telluride. Sugarcoat noticed that Starlight Glimmer did not lock the front door, so they went straight in and disarm the security system. All of a sudden, Sour Grapes spotted a Mercedes-Benz E350 and a Lexus ES350 Ultra Luxury driving onto the driveway indicating that the Mane 10 has returned, including Sci-Twi, much to her fear. Once the Mane 10 got back home, Starlight was curious when a Chevrolet Suburban is standing on their driveway. They entered the house, only to find Sofia, Amber and Jacob inside the house, much to their shock. He tells Sunset that Sunburst is searching high and low, much to her frustration as she calls her brother to come downstairs, followed by Sweet Grapes, Sour Grapes, Lemon Zest and Sugarcoat. Sunburst deemed that he's been travelling for 3 days to find his sister until Sugarcoat finds their house, much to Sebastian's approval as Sugarcoat and Sunburst comes to the correct location.
Sci-Twi's Late Night Talk[]

Later that night, the Mane 10 are fallen asleep until 3:00 AM as Sunburst suffered sleeping discomfort, so he tiptoed downstairs to the kitchen, similar to his stay with Sugarcoat until Sci-Twi appeared out of the shadows, much to his shock. Given the fact that Sci-Twi is the only Twilight left, Sunburst told her that he and Jacob has travelled for almost 900,000 miles so far. Sci-Twi deemed that she suffered a bad experience at Crystal Prep during the events of the film Friendship Games, resulting in Sofia taking her place and moving to Canterlot High School (CHS). Sunburst told Sci-Twi that Equestria is in terrible danger due to Holly Westlake's arrogance and hate against the Magic of Friendship, resulting in murdering the Equestrian Twilight, much to Sci-Twi's shock as both Starlight and Sunset left Equestria for 66 years. Sunburst gave Sci-Twi the letter from Star Swirl to Jacob, much to her shock. Sunburst deems that Star Swirl wrote the letter to Jacob 20 years ago back in high school, much to Sci-Twi's concerns. He decided to return to Equestria tomorrow by bringing Jacob, Sofia, Starlight and Sunset to Princess Twilight's funeral in Ponyville and bring her back to life, much to Sci-Twi's fear as Westlake may get angry for bringing her twin back to life, but Sunburst told her to ignore Westlake's anger as she's wrong about Princess Twilight and the Magic of Friendship.
Sunburst, Sunset and Starlight Returns to Equestria, Arriving at the Castle of Friendship[]

The next morning, Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Sofia, Sour Grapes, Sweet Grapes, Sugarcoat and Sunburst are having breakfast together. When Sci-Twi asks Sunburst that he wanted to return to Equestria and bring her twin back to life, Sunburst agrees her question. Sebastian plans that he and Gordon will stay with the rest of the Rainbooms while Sunburst brings Starlight, Sunset, Sofia, Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest and Sugarcoat. However, Sweet Grapes is worried that she and Sour may not fit inside the Kia Telluride, so Gordon and Rarity went to the garage with the Grapes twins. He opens the two garage doors, only to find his Genesis G80 and Rarity's Genesis GV80 SUV inside, much to their awe. Sweet prefers the Genesis G80 Sedan because she's too terrified to drive a big SUV due to its high center of gravity, much to Gordon's approval. Then they left the house together afterwards, followed by Sunburst.
Lemon Zest's Earth pony form
Once Amber, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Starlight, Sofia, Sugarcoat, Sunburst and Sunset got to CHS afterwards, Sunburst parks his sister's Kia Telluride at the parking lot behind the school followed by Sweet and Sour in Gordon's Genesis G80, only to find his W221 Mercedes-Benz S600 filled with tons of corncob inside during his escape from the farm. They went to the statue in front of the school and enter the portal to Equestria. Although Jacob manages to enter Equestria again, he ended up entering the Crystal Empire again, the same spot where he met Princess Cadance in the first place. Upon their arrival in Equestria, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Starlight, Sofia, Sugarcoat, Sunburst and Sunset are happy to turn back into their pony forms again, but not for Amber, Sweet Grapes or Sour Grapes. Given the fact that Amber has never visited Equestria before, she turns herself into a unicorn just like Jacob whereas Lemon Zest, Sweet and Sour turn themselves into Earth ponies, much to their humiliation, causing Amber to freak out. As a result, Amber, Sweet and Sour feels very uncomfortable walking on 4 legs rather than 2. Shining Armor, Cadance and Flurry Heart successfully reunites with Starlight, Sunburst and Sunset, much to his joy. Sunburst feels very exhausted travelling to the human world with Jacob until he found Starlight and Sunset, so the whole gang travel to Ponyville by train and spend a night in the Castle of Friendship.
As the train pulls over to the Ponyville Train Station, Amber, Cadance, Flurry, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Shining, Starlight, Sofia, Sugarcoat, Sunburst, Sweet, Sour and Sunset get off the train and proceed to Ponyville until they found the Castle of Friendship ahead of their eyes, much to their impression. It is deemed to become Amber's first time sleeping in the Castle of Friendship. Upon their entry, they are impressed with the beauty of the castle itself, including Amber. They also slept in the castle later that night.
The Return of Fizzlepop Berrytwist (Tempest Shadow)[]

The next morning, Jacob heard a door knocking coming from the front door. He opened the front door, only to find Fizzlepop Berrytwist (Tempest Shadow), Princess Twilight's former nemesis from the 2017 film My Little Pony: The Movie with a broken horn. Given the fact that Jacob does not own the Castle of Friendship, he allows her to enter. Sunburst is delighted to welcome Fizzlepop into the Castle of Friendship, much to Shining's anger as Fizzle intentionally turned Cadance into an obsidian statue during her invasion to Canterlot, but that happened to her a long time ago. After introducing one another, Jacob tells Fizzle that he travelled to Equestria to bring Princess Twilight back to life after 50 years. Given the fact that Fizzlepop attacked Canterlot and kidnap Twilight in the film due to a heated argument, she deemed that the Storm King betrayed her in the first place, much to Sofia's concerns. In addition, Star Swirl also came to the Castle of Friendship as well, much to Jacob's joy. Given the fact that Jacob hasn't bring Twilight back to life yet, the 15 ponies unite together and proceed to Princess Twilight's funeral.
Bringing Princess Twilight Back to Life[]
Twilight Sparkle's old library destroyed by Lord Tirek in Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2.
Once Jacob and his fellow ponies got to the funeral in northern Ponyville, Sofia, Amber and the others place hooves together and Star Swirl unleashes his powers to the funeral itself until the ground started to shake. The casket comes out of the ground, a beam of light starts to shine and a bruised Princess Twilight Sparkle is laid on the ground, but she manages to get back up again. The friendship princess is alive again, only to find Starlight Glimmer and Sunset Shimmer ahead of her eyes, much to their joy. Jacob also meets Twilight for the very first time back in his childhood. Twilight thanked the whole crew for bringing her back to life, including Sunburst. Amber stated that bringing Twilight back to life is the good news while Holly Westlake still ruling Canterlot is the bad news, much to her shock. She mentioned Jacob that Lord Tirek destroyed her library during the battle in Twilight's Kingdom - Part 2, much to Jacob's shock as he deemed one of Equestria's nastiest tragedies ever faced in the past. In addition, the pony adaptations of Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity are still imprisoned under Canterlot Castle, much to Amber's shock as Sofia experiences the same thing before the duo left Enchancia. And thus, a bruised Princess Twilight Sparkle returns to her Castle of Friendship.
Twilight Sparkle Confronts Holly Westlake (FAIL)!!![]
HOLLY WESTLAKE!!! YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS!!!
The next day, at 5:00 AM, Princess Twilight is free from any bruises, scars and wounds from her body after sleeping all night. Before she leave for Canterlot, she wrote a note to Jacob in order to tell him that she's making an attempt to confront Westlake by herself. After leaving a note, she left for Canterlot before the sun comes up. As the sun rises the next morning, Jacob tries to wake up Twilight, only to be aware that she has disappeared. He read the note that Twilight left making an attempt to confront Westlake all alone, much to his shock as he brings the note downstairs.
Meanwhile, at Canterlot's throne room, Westlake is sitting at her throne with Spike standing next to her and Fancy Pants standing away from the throne. After signing in the scroll, she felt very delightful until the trio heard an angry voice calling Westlake in a high-pitched voice. At the same time, an angry Twilight stomped into the throne room and making an attempt to confront Westlake, much to her shock. She forces Westlake to surrender, but Fancy Pants does not believe in Twilight as Westlake has never done any violence at all. As Twilight continues to confront Westlake again, she deemed that Westlake has invaded Equestria, overthrow the whole family and kidnap her friends, much to Fancy Pants' shock and Westlake's disapproval. She deems that Equestria is 80% better without Twilight, much to her anger until the guards arrested Twilight, much to her shock. Princess Twilight yells at Westlake to release her, but much to her refusal, she forces the guards to throw Twilight to prison, much to Spike's worries to see Twilight going to prison. Amber, Cadance, Fizzlepop, Flurry, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Shining, Starlight, Sofia, Sugarcoat, Sunburst, Sweet, Sour, Sunset and Star Swirl arrived to Canterlot afterwards, but they're too late as Westlake kidnaps Twilight, banishing the 15 ponies to Basalt Beach near Mount Aris, the same spot where Fizzle kidnaps Twilight in My Little Pony: The Movie after a bad argument between her friends.
Potion Nova Returns (Rallying The Human Beings)[]
Later that night, at Basalt Beach near Mount Aris, Amber, Cadance, Fizzlepop, Flurry, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Shining, Starlight, Sofia, Sugarcoat, Sunburst, Sweet, Sour, Sunset and Star Swirl are way too exhausted after confronting Westlake. And thus, they went to sleep together.

The next morning, Amber, Cadance, Fizzlepop, Flurry, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Shining, Starlight, Sofia, Sugarcoat, Sunburst, Sweet, Sour, Sunset and Star Swirl are sitting alone at the beach brainstorming about the plans to defeat Westlake and restore the Magic of Friendship. After hours of brainstorming, Sofia and Amber heard a mysterious sound, only to find Potion Nova standing on the rocks followed by retired Princess Celestia and Luna, much to their joy. Sunburst mentions Celestia that their mission to bring Princess Twilight back to life is the good news while Westlake kidnapping Twilight is the bad news. Nova tells her two nieces that she brings a group of human beings from Malaysia who happens to be Bobby Ang, Kon Wai Luen, Beng (Bengtures), Nazz Abdullah and Professor Hasbullah Padzillah (Hasbullah Syarah). Much to Celestia and Luna's delight, she allows the human beings to join the squad. When Jacob tells the Malaysian human beings that Equestria is in jeopardy, they are shocked when Westlake threatens the whole nation. Despite not knowing Princess Twilight at all, the 15 ponies (including Fizzlepop) place hooves and the human beings place hands together as a team.
Freeing The Mane 6 from Prison[]
On the way to Ponyville, Sunset Shimmer finds a door that leads them to the prison cell under Canterlot Castle. Upon entering, they walk slowly without making any noise until Bobby has found the Mane 6 (Princess Twilight and the pony adaptations of Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity) in prison, all tied up with their mouths shut. Sunburst, Starlight and Sunset manages to smash the door open and untie the Mane 6, much to their delight. Twilight thanked the human beings from Malaysia for rescuing them, leaving Celestia speechless as Twilight comes back to life. Fluttershy tells Beng the story that Westlake invaded Canterlot, eliminating the Magic of Friendship due to her hate against it and destroy the 6 Elements of Harmony. Much to their shocking reaction, Nazz decided to rally the whole nation to defeat Westlake and restore the Magic of Friendship, much to their agreement, including Lemon Zest.
Rallying The Whole Nation (The Battle For Canterlot)[]
Once Amber, Cadance, Celestia, Fizzlepop, Flurry, Jacob, Lemon Zest, Luna, Nova, Shining, Starlight, Sofia, Sugarcoat, Sunburst, Sweet, Sour, Sunset, Star Swirl, the Mane 6 and the human beings from Malaysia arrive at Ponyville, the residents began to panic and scream in terror as the Malaysian human beings enter the town. Shining Armor attempted to calm them down until the residents quit panicking. Given the fact that Bobby, Beng, Hasbullah, Kon and Nazz are not willing to threaten anypony, the human beings went up the stage and make an announcement that they have brought Princess Twilight back to life, much to their joy as Twilight stood in front of the crowd. She rallies the whole nation to defeat Westlake together, much to their agreement.
STRATEGY!!! FIGHT!!! CONQUER!!!
The Battle For Canterlot (STRATEGY, FIGHT, CONQUER)!!![]
Back at Canterlot, Westlake angers Spike for losing her patience. Given the fact that the Mane 6 has escaped from prison, Westlake angrily yells at Spike for allowing the Mane 6 to escape from prison, much to his humiliation. At the same time, the guards scampered and tell Westlake that the whole nation is coming to Canterlot, only to hear a singing sound from outside the kingdom. An angry mob of residents and creatures from across Equestria (including yaks, dragons and hippogriffs) sings Nazz Abdullah's song Pantas together (including Nazz himself) as a job to bring back the Magic of Friendship. Westlake orders the guards to stop the residents from reviving the Magic of Friendship, but they failed to do so as Cadance, Celestia, Jacob, Luna, Sofia, Starlight, Sunburst and Sunset aims their guns at the guards, resulting in scampering off in terror. Considering Canterlot's guards as cowards, much to her anger, Westlake forms a cloud of thunder in the sky, much to their fear. However, much to Twilight's refusal, the Mane 6, the 5 human beings, Celestia, Luna, Cadance, Fizzlepop, Flurry, Jacob, Starlight, Sunset, Sunburst, Sofia and Amber began to rise and stand against Westlake. They hold hooves and hands together, unleash their powers into the sky, shone it against Westlake and defeated her, resulting in falling off the mountains, but manages to survive her fall. The whole crowd cheers in joy as Equestria is free and Twilight thanked Jacob for bringing back the Magic of Friendship. Given the fact that Jacob does not do it alone, Starlight, Sunset, Sunburst, Sofia and Amber has become his followers.
Long Live Jacob Wilde! (Jacob Wilde Appreciation Day)[]
Soon after Westlake's defeat, Bobby, Beng, Hasbullah, Jacob, Kon and Nazz enters the Canterlot castle hall to kneel at Princess Twilight for the very first time. He kneels at Twilight alone and she declares Jacob as the rightful warrior of Equestria, much to the inhabitant's joy. His family cheered in joy, much to his delight. Bobby, Beng, Hasbullah, Kon and Nazz are also delightful to see Jacob kneeling down.
After the ceremony ends, Jacob and his family gets the chance to have a talk with Cadance, Celestia, Luna, Shining Armor, Spike and Twilight about joining Canterlot's royal guards, much to Jacob's delight. The Louise-Wilde family attempted to build the Museum of Friendship back in Akron, Ohio, much to Spike's agreement.
Jacob and Lemon Zest Joins Canterlot's Royal Guards[]
55 years later, at the Canterlot Royal Guard ceremony, Jacob and Lemon Zest becomes royal guards and begans his speech about the Magic of Friendship, how Ponyville is formed and the 6 Elements of Harmony exists. After he ends his speech, the guards cheered in harmony and began their duty. Eventually, back in Akron, Ohio, Dan Horrigan, the city's mayor, has opened the Equestrian Museum of Friendship planned by the Louise-Wilde family themselves. The whole crowd cheers in joy as David shows the artifacts about Equestria (specifically Canterlot), how Twilight is born and the statue of their son Jacob in being a royal guard. The film ends with the Louise-Wilde family, the whole residents of Akron, Ohio, the mayor and the whole cast singing the song The Magic of Friendship Grows.
Epilogue (After The Post Credits): Holly Westlake Goes To Prison[]
After the post credits, Westlake has been washed ashore back in Toronto, Ontario, Canada after Twilight defeated her. She has been surrounded by the Toronto Police Department and has been found guilty for threatening the land of Equestria and assassinating Twilight. As a result, she has been sentenced to life in prison for 20 years. However, much to her anger, she will seek her revenge against Twilight after 20 years in prison.

She's the new ruler of Equestria who dies in the prologue after being assassinated. Aniston provides the same voice as Sci-Twi, her twin sister in the human world wearing glasses.
- Holly Westlake (voiced by Natasha Henstridge) - The main antagonist in the film. She's an off-duty YouTuber from Toronto, Ontario, Canada who hates Twilight Sparkle, the Elements of Harmony and the Magic of Friendship. She's a vain, selfish, cruel, arrogant, violent and blackhearted alicorn. She invades Equestria after murdering Twilight and kidnaps the pony adaptations of Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash and Rarity.
- Fizzlepop Berrytwist/Tempest Shadow (voiced by Emily Blunt) - The unicorn with a broken horn. She first appeared as the central antagonist in the 2017 film My Little Pony: The Movie attacking Canterlot and later reformed during the film's climax after being betrayed by the Storm King.
