My Little Pony: Make Your Mark - The Rise of Doctor Undergear is the 13th film in A. J. Adamson's My Little Pony: Make Your Mark film series as a sequel to Maretime Bay's First Human, The Curse of Crystal Winter, Jake and Sofia Strikes Back, The Vacation Begins, Enter the Reckless Female Human Daredevil, Germany's Most Wanted, The Revenge of Milton Grimm, The Race to Scotland, Maretime Bay Rescue Mission, Malaysia's Mighty Mount Kinabalu, Exploring the Abandoned Kingdom and The Race to Africa. The film focuses on the Mane 10 getting thrown out of Maretime Bay by an evil scientist who attempts to take over Equestria with his crab-like robots.
The G5 universe also makes debut of the antagonistic character Doctor Undergear in the film.
Synopsis[]
Doctor Undergear has planned to invade Maretime Bay and throw the Mane 10 out of town with his crab-like robots! Will Sunny Starscout stop Undergear before he causes further damage?
Plot[]
Prologue: Undergear's Plans to Take Over Maretime Bay, The Mane 10 Are Thrown Out of Town[]
The film opens in Gear Island where the evil Doctor Undergear is bored sitting in his mundane island for more than 3,000 years. He has planned to invade Maretime Bay and plans to build his own empire where he takes over the town with his crab bots. And thus, Undergear and his crab bots left Gear Island and into another dimension.
Trot to a sunny morning in Maretime Bay where all the ponies and humans continue with their normal routines. All of a sudden, peace has turned to chaos when a giant army of crab bots with Undergear on one orders his crab bots to chase down all the humans and ponies in Maretime Bay, causing all of them to scream in terror. When the Mane 10 (Anthony Donaldson, Edryna, Greg, Hitch, Izzy, Mike, Misty, Pipp, Sunny and Zipp) hears the alarm triggering from afar, they quickly scamper back to the brighthouse and discovers Doctor Undergear who manages to enter the brighthouse earlier before the Mane 10 shows up, leaving an angry Sunny Starscout. She demands Undergear to leave Maretime Bay, but much to his refusal, Undergear orders his crab bots to throw the Mane 10 out of town permanently.
Stranded Out of Town, Najwan Robertson Appears[]
As nighttime falls, the Mane 10 (Anthony Donaldson, Edryna, Greg, Hitch, Izzy, Mike, Misty, Pipp, Sunny and Zipp) went to the cave where they normally seek shelter. Given the fact that Zipp Storm hasn't heard the name Doctor Undergear before, Edryna also feels dizzy until he decided to seek help from a guy named Najwan. Given the fact that Misty hasn't heard the name Najwan Robertson before, Edryna adds that Najwan is the little brother of the Nahwan sisters, leaving a terrified Pipp Petals being unaware that Nahwan Nafisah has a little brother. In addition, Edryna add that Najwan is a worker at Papa's Cluckeria, fascinating Izzy in the process. And thus, Pipp and Sunny declares that Najwan is the perfect human to seek help.
As the sun rises the next morning, a Platinum Metallic 2004 Jaguar XJ8 shows up with Najwan leaving the car. When Edryna wakes up, she is excited to reunite with her classmate's little brother, fascinating the other bandmates, introducing one by one. When a concerned Najwan asks the 6 ponies about their tattoo-like things on their butts, Sunny adds that the tattoo-like things happens to be a CUTIE MARK. Given the fact that Najwan hasn't heard of a a CUTIE MARK before, Sunny adds that a CUTIE MARK is an image on a pony's flank which represents each talent. Fascinated by their CUTIE MARKS, Najwan cheers in joy. In addition, Hitch gives Najwan two DVDs of the Disney Junior TV shows Jake and the Never Land Pirates and Sofia The First, fascinating him since his 2 big sisters becomes obsessed with it. Michael adds that Doctor Undergear has confiscated Maretime Bay which leaves them stranded. An open-minded Najwan recognizes Doctor Undergear as the villain, but given the fact that he hasn't heard of Maretime Bay before, Sunny Starscout adds that Maretime Bay is a permanent home where the Mane 10 lives. Nevertheless, Najwan and the Mane 10 began to depart.
Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy Escapes Prison, Najwan Visits the Funerals of Sunny Starscout's Parents[]
Back in Maretime Bay, 4 ponies: Jazz Hooves, Rocky Riff, Violette Rainbow and Windy are uncomfortable sitting in prison. In order to solve the problem, Violette gets a metal wire and unlocks the prison doors, including Jazz, Rocky and Windy. However, her plan is foiled after Undergear and his crab bots manages to detect earlier, prompting the 4 ponies to escape prison with Rocky's blue Aston Martin DBX 707.
After leaving the cave, Najwan and the Mane 10 manages to reach the funeral of Sunny Starscout's parents. Najwan and the Mane 10 began to mourn and Sunny starts to cry in tears after her parents died more than 8 years ago. Both Najwan and the Mane 10 hugs each other and when a concerned Najwan asks Sunny that she is the daughter of Argyle Starshine, she agrees his question which he has no wonder why his big sister knows the legend all this time. Hitch adds that Sunny's dad tells us the legend of both mankind and ponykind all the moons ago, which bears the same legend that Nahwan Nafisah mentioned, much to his agreement. Afterwards, Najwan and the Mane 10 left the funeral.
Violette's Concerns on Doctor Undergear, Heading for Starlight Ridge[]
Later that night, Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy manages to find a cave where the Mane 10 slept earlier. Given the fact that Violette hasn't heard the name Doctor Undergear before, none of the ponies have an idea until Windy finds a letter left by Sunny earlier saying that Najwan is willing to help her. Given the fact that Jazz, Rocky and Windy hasn't heard the name Najwan before, Violette continues reading the letter and it says that Najwan is Nahwan Nafisah's little brother working at Papa's Cluckeria, leaving a shocked Rocky Riff being unaware that the Nahwan sisters has a little brother. Also, an open-minded Windy adds that Najwan is the perfect human to deal with.
Elsewhere, Najwan and the Mane 10 are on the run to Starlight Ridge as mentioned by Zipp. Inside Najwan's Jaguar XJ8, given the fact that Najwan hasn't heard the names Comet and Violet Frost before, Sunny adds that Comet and Violet Frost are a pair of auroricorns who often came to Maretime Bay. In addition, Najwan is wondering about the ruthless snow leopard with pegasi wings who freezes all things to ice until Hitch adds that the snow leopard happens to be Allura. Nevertheless, Najwan and the Mane 10 proceeds to Starlight Ridge.
Entering Starlight Ridge, Having Dinner with the Auroricorns[]
After Najwan and the Mane 10 reaches Starlight Ridge, the 5 humans and 6 ponies started to turn on the seat heaters due to cold weather. Also, a group of auroricorns welcoming the Platinum Metallic 2004 Jaguar XJ8 into the peaceful town. When auroricorns Comet and VF came out, Najwan and the Mane 10 are grateful to reunite with the auroricorn pair. Afterwards, Najwan, the Mane 10, Comet and VF went inside the palace for dinner.

Inside the dining hall, started to have all different types of food and beverages for dinner. Given the fact that Comet and VF hasn't heard the name Doctor Undergear before, Najwan adds that Doctor Undergear is a mad scientist who confiscated Maretime Bay's brighthouse and started to rule the peaceful town unrightfully without any forgiveness. To make matters confusing, Violet Frost gives Najwan a magazine with the Nahwan sisters rescuing the city of Johannesburg, South Africa in the previous film, leaving him speechless. Shocked by the news, Comet and VF decided to take a tour of Starlight Ridge and stay for 2 days, much to the joy of Najwan and the Mane 10.
Violette Rainbow Sleeps in the Car with Her Seniors, A Tour of Starlight Ridge[]
The next morning, inside Rocky's blue Aston Martin DBX 707, Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy are all asleep inside the car with all the windows fully open. When the alarm inside Windy's phone starts to blare, all of the 4 ponies woke up. Only to be aware that the clock strikes 9:00 AM, Rocky starts his DBX 707, wear the seatbelts and proceeds to Starlight Ridge.
Back in Starlight Ridge, Najwan, the Mane 10, Comet and Violet Frost decided to take a tour of the village itself. After entering the car collection vault, Najwan and the Mane 10 are amazed to find a ton of luxury and exotic cars such as Audi, Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini and everything in between. Najwan adds that his big sister owns a Black Raven Cadillac Escalade V, leaving Comet speechless. In addition, Izzy adds that Nafisah frequently came to Maretime Bay with her Escalade V every time something goes wrong, fascinating both Comet and Violet Frost.
Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy Meets the Wicky Brothers, Nigel's Late Night Talk with Jazz Hooves[]
Elsewhere, Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy are shocked to find a black 2008 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG showing up. The two men leaving the vehicle turns out to be Baileywick, much to Jazz, Rocky and Windy's joy. Subsequently followed by his big brother Nigel who drives the Mercedes, Violette took a chance to meet Nigel and Baileywick for the first time. As nighttime falls, Baileywick, Jazz, Nigel, Rocky, Violette and Windy camps around the campfire. Given the fact that Nigel hasn't heard the name Sunny Starscout and an odd location like Maretime Bay before, Violette adds that Sunny Starscout is an earth pony mare who lives in Maretime Bay. In addition, Windy adds that Maretime Bay is a small town near the ocean where Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy currently lives. When a concerned Baileywick asks Rocky where Sunny Starscout and her bandmates are, he adds that Sunny and her bandmates are in Starlight Ridge. Eventually, Nigel realizes that Starlight Ridge is a perfect spot.
Once the clock strikes 12:00 AM, Baileywick, Jazz, Nigel, Rocky, Violette and Windy sleeps as usual until 3:00 AM where Jazz has trouble sleeping thinking about Pipp. All of a sudden, Jazz hears someone calling her name until Nigel shows up, scaring her in the process. Given the fact that Nigel hasn't heard the name Pipp Petals before, Jazz adds that Pipp Petals is her closest colleague who is a pegasus at Mane Melody, which is a combination of a karaoke stage and a hair salon. When a concerned Nigel asks Jazz that Maretime Bay is invaded by an evil scientist named Doctor Undergear, she agrees his question. A confident Nigel convinces Jazz to fight Undergear with courage, much to her agreement.
Baileywick Warns Sunny About Undergear's Reign, Ghost Argyle Starshine in the Sky[]
Back in Starlight Ridge, Najwan, Comet, VF and the Mane 10 are having fun together until a black 2008 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG and a blue Aston Martin DBX 707 shows up, shocking Sunny in the process. When Baileywick, Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy shows up, he warns the Mane 10 that Doctor Undergear has taken over Maretime Bay, leaving the Mane 10 shocked. However, a horrified Najwan will not allow let Sunny do so due to safety concerns, leaving an angry Sunny Starscout. She yells at Najwan that his misdirection is the main cause of leaving Maretime Bay unprotected. Hurt by Najwan's misdirection, a frustrated Sunny Starscout storms off, leaving a heartbroken Nigel.
Eventually, an upset Sunny looks down at the river due to becoming Najwan's slave until she hears Nigel calling her name, leaving her unamused. Nigel continues following after Sunny and blocks her path, but she turns Nigel away. He introduces himself to Sunny, shocking her in the process due to Nigel knowing all about Equestria (including Sunny's parents). Sunny realizes that her parents died more than 7 years ago, but Nigel denies her question and he engages a game of cat-and-mouse, causing Sunny to run after Nigel. After the duo reached the lake, Sunny looks down on the lake and it's just her reflection rather than her father, but Nigel tells Sunny to look even further due to her father's visit. A ghost of Argyle visits her daughter from the sky, who tells Sunny to take back the Crystal Brighthouse. She then chases after her father who starts to fade, but it's too late. After Nigel advises Sunny not to leave the past behind, she decided to return to Maretime Bay alone by foot without stealing a car.
Nigel's Announcement About Sunny's Return, The Battle for Maretime Bay[]
The scene transitions to the hotel where Baileywick and Hitch are asleep like normal until VF approaches the duo and wakes them up. Noticing that Comet and Violet Frost are unable to find Sunny elsewhere, Nigel shows up and announces that Sunny Starscout has returned to Maretime Bay, leaving them speechless. And thus, an irritated Jazz Hooves yells at Najwan that Sunny returns to Maretime Bay in an attempt to challenge Doctor Undergear and take back the Crystal Brighthouse.
The next morning, Sunny runs across the desert with such force until she manages to reach Maretime Bay. Only to be aware that the peaceful town is in ruins due to Undergear's unrightful reign, she glares the brighthouse far away. When Anthony, Comet, Edryna, Greg, Hitch, Izzy, Jazz, Michael, Misty, Pipp, Rocky, Violet Frost, Violette, Windy and Zipp shows up, the Mane 10, the auroricorns, Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy are horrified to see the bad condition of their peaceful little town next to the sea. When Baileywick, Najwan and Nigel in Nigel's black 2008 Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG shows up, a disgusted Najwan does not have the attempt to do so until Sunny adds that Maretime Bay is their permanent home after she visited the funeral of her parents earlier before reaching Starlight Ridge. And thus, black thunderclouds started to gather above the sky and the heroes are willing to take back the town.
Sneaking Into Maretime Bay, Sunny and Convoy Confronts Undergear[]
After sneaking into town, Najwan, the Mane 10, Comet, VF, Baileywick, Nigel, Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy are terrified after seeing all of Undergear's crab bots guarding the town. In order to distract the crab bots, Baileywick, Najwan and Nigel decided to wear hula attires which attracts the crab bots. After a short dance, the crab bots chases after the trio.
After entering Maretime Bay, Sunny instructs Greg, Jazz, Pipp and Rocky to rally the other ponies and humans in town while she looks for Undergear, much to their agreement. After reaching the brighthouse, Sunny is shocked when an angry Undergear demands Posey to step forward. Undergear paces back and forth ahead of Posey for not hunting for food, but she adds that the food is gone, leaving an enraged Undergear beating Posey hard. An angry Sunny Starscout emerges from above the brighthouse and wakes up an unconscious Posey Bloom. Sunny confronts Undergear and she demands him to step down permanently, but he refuses to do so. Undergear aims his finger up to his crab bots thinking he owns the brighthouse, but is confronted by Anthony, Comet, Edryna, Greg, Hitch, Izzy, Jazz, Michael, Misty, Pipp, Rocky, Violet Frost, Violette, Windy and Zipp who shows up as well. Lightning strikes the plants outside the lighthouse, setting the whole perimeter on fire, the battle begins with Undergear wearing his metal shark costume and he demands his mechanical robots to attack the humans and ponies, engaging a final battle.
Sunny vs. Undergear, Restoring Peace in Maretime Bay[]
While Anthony, Comet, Edryna, Greg, Hitch, Izzy, Jazz, Michael, Misty, Pipp, Rocky, Violet Frost, Violette, Windy, Zipp, Baileywick, Najwan and Nigel are dealing with the crab bots, an angry Sunny Starscout starts to chase after Undergear in hot pursuit. Undergear has no chance of escaping due to a large cliff ahead of him and Sunny traps him from behind. A terrified Doctor Undergear begs at Sunny not to threaten him, but much to her disbelief, Sunny demands Undergear to leave Maretime Bay and not come back again. A brief confrontation is engaged when Undergear flings fire directly into Sunny's eyes and he starts to attack her in slow motion. Following a short fight, Sunny kicks Undergear off the ledge. Although Undergear manages to survive the fall, Queen Haven and her pegasi guards shows up and accuses him for usurping the throne and causes terrorism. Afterwards, the pegasi guards of Zephyr Heights arrests Undergear in handcuffs and throws him into the prison van.
After Undergear and his crab bots are gone, heavy rain begins to fall, extinguishing the fire. Baileywick, Najwan and Nigel emerge through the smoke and Sunny descends from the brighthouse, hugging all of her members (including the other ponies and humans of Maretime Bay). And thus, Baileywick announces Sunny as the last pony standing in town, much to her joy.
Epilogue: It's Time to Leave, Baileywick Mentions Violette Rainbow[]
After Maretime Bay is restored to its original glory, it's time to leave. A heartbroken Sunny Starscout does not have the attempt to watch Baileywick, Najwan and Nigel leave town, but the trio promises to come back again anytime. In addition, Izzy begs at Baileywick to say hello to Princess Amber for her, much to his agreement. Afterwards, Baileywick, Comet, Najwan, Nigel and Violet Frost left Maretime Bay with Najwan's Platinum Metallic 2004 Jaguar XJ8. And thus, the film ends with the Mane 10, Jazz, Rocky, Violette and Windy entering the brighthouse together.
After the post credits trotting back to the Amber Crew headquarters, Najwan explains the massive war in Maretime Bay in which the humans and ponies work together to take down Doctor Undergear and his crab bots, fascinating Amber, Blueberry, Dipper, Huckleberry, Hildegard and Mabel. When a concerned Princess Amber asks Baileywick that Izzy Moonbow says hello to her, he agrees her question. In addition, Nigel introduces the Amber Crew to auroricorns Comet and Violet Frost, much to her joy.
