Colonel Yakov Alekseyevich Klekhnin (Russian: Яков Алексеевич Клехнин) is an ambassador to MLP (My Little Pony) to The Abulinov Party, and he can be interesting himself, regardless of his type.
Description[]
An adult who is a police officer, with traditional businessman clothing, wearing shoulder guards, with a sash, speaking in a heavy Russian accent himself.
History[]
Born at the same location as Lavrentiy Shevetashvili, the two had became best friends, but while Lavrentiy became ambassador and was assigned to a different character's operations, he was assigned to Equestria, being installed into power in July 9th, 2019. He was also an exchange student from Russia, who met Fluttershy while he was visiting Canterlot High School himself.
He was appointed by Avgustin Stalzhorev as ambassador to Equestria, after Yekaterina Veshchenkova, and Vyacheslav Prygatsev were banished from Equestria for a week for trespassing themselves. When he went to Canterlot, Princess Celestia questioned him, because of his unknown status as a Russian national, as of course, the country of Russia is heavily oppressed, despite this, he worked for ProxyCyanide, not intending to go as a double-agent, or spy.
Fluttershy also questioned him when he was elected into power in Equestria, because they didn't know him, and because he was cosnidered a human of course, but he does work for The Abulinov Party himself, as he was appointed earlier in his life.
Earlier, he was an ambassador to a different region, but the condemnation of Russia surely recieved consequences, including sanctions.
Relationships[]
He does have a few relationships, but he's considered an oligarch'.
Fluttershy[]
Fluttershy didn't know him, and this was apparently a resource for true controversy in his behalf, along with being a slightly forbidden off-topic thing he'd say, he never knew her, so Fluttershy questioned him. However, it was interesting how a human can even visit Equestria himself!
She was very confused on her behalf, because questioning him was a vital way, since she was apparently confused about a human, let alone a Russian national, go ahead and visit them all in Equestria.
